Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono wymagania stawiane systemom kontrolno-pomiarowym oraz ich cechy i przykłady praktycznego zastosowania. Omówione zostały ogólne cele i zasady diagnostyki. Następnie pokazano proces diagnostyczny od strony pomiarowej oraz sprzętu wykorzystywanego do oddziaływania na badany obiekt na podstawie jego analizy. Przedstawiono podstawowe elementy systemu pomiarowo-sterującego w takim zadaniu, a także sprzęt odpowiedzialny za podejmowanie decyzji na temat stanu obiektu. Dyskusję teoretyczną uzupełniono przykładem praktycznym wykorzystania systemu diagnostycznego do badania właściwości światłowodowej sieci transmisyjnej.
The paper presents the architecture of the contemporary computer measurement and control system used in the diagnostic task. As the technical objects are used widely in the industry and for the benefits of the society, their monitoring and on-line analysis is important. The additional requirement are the realtime mode working conditions, enabling timely and accurate response of the diagnostic module. The paper introduces fundamentals of the diagnostics ad requirements for microcomputer systems used there. Next, hardware and software solutions are explained, with examples of particular devices. Microcontrollers and programmable logic controllers (PLC) are presented in detail. The theoretical background is supported by the practical example of applying the computer system to the diagnostics of the optical transmission network characteristics.
