Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono model elektrotermiczny pompy Peltiera zaimplementowany w programie do symulacji układów elektronicznych SPICE.
In the paper an electrothermal model of Peltier pump is shown. The model is implemented in electronic circuits simulator SPICE. The electrothermal module is described and phenomena that run its action. For modelling, the theory of constant parameters was used and well known electrothermal analogy. At the end results of simulations arę presented. In the article usefulness of SPICE for modelling both thermal and electrical phenomena is proved. As the effect one obtained an universal and very cheap tool for simulations of complicated electrothermal phenomena that accompany active cooling of microstructures.
