Operatorzy logistyczni to przedsiębiorstwa szczególnie często wykorzystujące w praktyce innowacyjne narzędzia informatyczne. Nierzadko platformą współpracy z klientami staje się strona internetowa wraz ze wszystkimi aplikacjami interaktywnej obsługi logistycznej. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badania użyteczności stron internetowych operatorów logistycznych. Podmiotem badania byli nabywcy usług logistycznych. W badaniu skoncentrowano się na: zdobyciu wiedzy o jakości użytkowej portali internetowych, ocenie poziomu satysfakcji z użytkowania stron internetowych, a także poznaniu preferencji oraz motywów w zakresie użytkowania serwisów WWW.

The purpose of this article is to present the results of a survey focused on logistics operators websites usability. The subject of the study were customers of logistics operators. The research focused on: gaining knowledge about the level of usability of internet websites, assessing the satisfaction level of websites usage and getting to know the preferences and motives for using websites. As it turned out, the majority of logistics operators offer their customers services of high quality, together with virtual service tools. The respondents claim that websites are the most reliable source of information and their primary logistics collaboration tool. The attractiveness and accessibility of e-services are considered key factors in determining the popularity of a website. Customers want to be able to monitor the status of their shipments. It is also important for them to have up-to-date data regarding the loading location and expected arrival date. At the same time, the need for continual virtual service improvement is emphasized. Most clients complain about the lack of contact details to the carriers currently handling a given order, no information about possible delays, outdated price lists and the way services are ordered.
