Przeprowadzono analizę wpływu parametrów technologicznych topienia i odlewania na jakość odlewów ze stopu AZ91. Przedstawiono przykładowe badania zrealizowane w skali laboratoryjnej i przemysłowej. Wykonano badania wpływu obróbki cieplnej tj przesycania i starzenia na strukturę i właściwości odlewów ze stopu magnezu AZ91D (?), przy zmiennych parametrach starzenia, takich jak temperatura i czas. Poddano ocenie wpływ przemiany nieciągłej zachodzącej w mikrostrukturze stopu AZ91.

There was presented an analysis of the influence of the technological melting and pouring parameters on the quality of castings made of AZ91-alloy. The research was carried out in the laboratory and industry level. It comprised the onfluence of the heat treatment, namely of the solutioning and ageing, on the structure and properties of magnesium alloy AZ91D castings, by variables ageing parameters, such as temperature and time. The influence of the discontinuous change, occuring in the alloy's microstructure has been appraised.
