Wzrost konkurencji, nowe produkty, coraz większe wymagania techniczne, a przede wszystkim ilościowy wzrost produkcji powodują konieczność optymalnego wykorzystania posiadanych zasobów ludzkich i materialnych oraz innowacyjnego podejścia do programów inwestycyjnych. Konsekwentne, niestandardowe działania, poparte głęboką analizą rynku oraz współpracą z klientem w zakresie rozwoju produktu są najlepszą drogą do osiągnięcia sukcesu firmy, pracującej w dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniu. Artykuł przedstawia zmiany, jakie miały już miejsce, oraz działania zaplanowane na najbliższy czas w Zakładzie Metalurgicznym ALSTOM Power Sp. z o.o. w Elblągu.
The increase of competition, new products, greater and greater technical demands and especially the quantitative growth of production involves the need for the optimal utilization of the human and material resources standing for disposal and of the innovative approach to the investment programmes. Consequent acivities, far from standard ones, based on a deep market analysis as well as on the cooperation with the customer in the scope of the product development - this is the best way of reaching the success for the firm working in the dynamically changing environment. The article presents changes which already have occured as well as activities planned for the nearest time in the Metallurgical Works ALSTOM Power LLC in Elbląg.
