Possibilities of the aditional financing the enterprises from the structural fonds of EU

Autor przedstawił w artykule możliwości dostępu do dużej części funduszy strukturalnych w związku z przystąpieniem Polski do Unii Europejskiej. W latach 2004-2006 spodziewamy się uzyskać 13 mld euro, a wykorzystanie ich będzie zależeć od nas samych. Podstawowym źródłem pomocy w ramach polityki strukturalnej są fundusze strukturalne. Przydział środków z funduszy strukturalnych nastąpi po przygotowaniu przez państwo planu ich wykorzystania tzw. Narodowego Planu Rozwoju, który zawiera konkretne plany wykorzystania tych środków. Zapoznanie się z treścią artykułu pozwoli na zrozumienie niektórych mechanizmów działania w strukturach Unii Europejskiej i podjęcie odpowiednich czynności w celu poprawy rozwoju gospodarczego.
The author of the article has presented in the article the possibilities of the access to a great part of the structural fonds in consequence of Poland's accession into the European Union. We hope to obtain 13 mld euro in the years 2004-2006, but their utilization will only depend on us. The basic source of the aide in the scope of the structural policy are the structural fonds. The allowance of means will follow after preparing by the state the plan of their utilization, of the so called National Development Plan, which comprises the concrete programme of utilizing these means. The familiarization with the content of the article will allow to understand some mechanisms of the activity in the EU-structures and undertaking the adequate handlings for improving the economic development.
