PL

Nie ma wątpliwości, że korzyści wynikające z zastosowania systemu teleinformatycznego do celów całościowego monitorowania historii produktów są duże. Jednak ze względu na duży stopień komplikacji oraz potencjalny globalny zasięg systemu nie zaproponowano do tej pory ogólnego rozwiązania problemu. W artykule proponuje się zastosowanie technologii agentów programowych oraz systemu agentowego do zapewnienia spersonalizowanego monitorowania produktów. System ten umożliwia zaprogramowanie, rejestrację i bezpieczne uruchomienie agentów, ściśle dopasowanych do poszczególnych produktów i użytkowników.
