Przedstawiono korzyści z zastosowania automatycznych linii formowania Disamatic o pionowym podziale formy. Obliczanie układu wlewowego dla różnych rodzajów form, korzystając z przykładu odlewania tarcz hamulcowych. Zastosowanie filtrów piankowych oraz sposobów ich umiejscowienia w formie, korzystając ze specjalnych gniazd rdzennika oraz przyrządów. Ekonomiczne korzyści uzyskane dzięki filtracji żeliwa.

Advantages of the application of Disamatic automatic moulding lines with vertically parted moulds are presented. Calculation of the gating systems for various types of moulds, taking as an example casting of brake discs, is given. The application of foam filters and techniques of their location in the moulds by means of special core print seats and devices are explained. Economic benefits obtained due to the filtration of cast iron are outhned.
