Results of fatigue strength testing og the tooth flank of wheels made of the new grade od steel 20HGN. in preparation of toothed wheels for testing two methods of treatment shaping the tooth surface layer on the tooth outline were employed. One method consists in grinding after carbonizing and hardeninh, while the other - in carbonizing and hardening of shaved teeth.
