Abstrakty

In the paper the tests results of cathodic protection on fatigue crack growth of two-edge central crack and semi-elliptical surface crack in low alloy, higher strength 18G2A-steel in corrosive environment - 3,5% NaCl water solution are presented. The crack growth was performed in flat samples at one axial fatigue tensile load of constant amplitude and frequency 5 Hz. The results of tests showed the esentional - positive influence on corrosive-fatigue crack growth in the I and Ii stage of two-edge crack growth and in the I stage of semi-elliptical surface crack growth only.
