A method is presented for determining the values of equivalent loads for dynamic loads on load-carrying structures of multi-bucket excavators with an account taken of their basic dynamic properties. This method in a simple way permits to determine the equivalent loads for loads from vertical and torsional mass vibration of the machine and from impacts of the buckets on hard blocks. The autors quote the values of correction factors occuring in this method, which were experimentally determined on the basic of the results of investigating the stress in the structure of the SRs 1200 excavator.
