W artykule omówiono działalność normalizacyjną światową (ISO), europejską (CEN) i krajową (PKN), podkreślając rolę Polski w tej działalności.

EN

Construction machines and equipment are an essential part of domestic and international trade. The safety of their operation considerably influeces the accident frequency in building industry. Therefore they are a matter of an intensive standarization both as regards nomenclature and safety of construction and operation. Also of importance is the problem of unification of technical characteristics. The autors discuss the standarization activity in the world (ISO), Europe (CEN) and Poland (PKN) with an emphasis laid on the Polish participation in this area.
