High temperature friction behavior of a friction pair “sleeve-shaft” with solid lubricant nanoparticles
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule opisano badania procesu tarcia i zużycia proszkowego smaru stalego z nanoczastkami WS2 i MoS2 w wysokiej temperaturze. Przeprowadzono badania pary tracej tuleja-walek w wysokiej temperaturze smarowania chemicznie zsyntezowanym i zmielonym smarem stalym z nanocząstek. Charakterystyka procesu tarcia byla analizowana na podstawie krzywych Stribeck’a. Celem pracy bylo wyznaczenie wplywu warunków tarcia i morfologii cząstek na zużycie elementów łożyska w wysokiej temperaturze. W pracy omówiono badania mikro i nanoczastek proszków smarujacych WS2 i MoS2 zastosowanych do łożysk ślizgowych do ukladów wentylacyjnych samolotu AIRBUS, stanowiace fragment badań wykonanych m.in. w projektach miedzynarodowych INTAS i TRIBO.
In the past tribology of WS2 and MoS2 nanoparticles is being studied intensively. So the tasks of characterization and analysis of nanoparticles behavior during the tribological process are of great importance. The last one is associated with solid lubricant particles’ ensembles loading, movement, compression and destruction at sliding interface. The loose solid lubricant powders especially nanopowders behave very differently in many aspects compared with other powders. We study the friction behaviour and the approach to determine friction regimes and friction coefficients of WS2 nanoparticles during a sliding process of real friction pair ‘sleeve-shaft’ at high temperature. The high temperature ‘sleeve-shaft’ friction tests with chemically synthesized and milled solid lubricant nanoparticles which possess vastly different particle morphology are made. The characteristics of the friction process are analyzed by calculation of Stribeck curves to account for the combined influence of the friction regime and particle morphology on the friction and wear behavior of bearing components at high temperature.
