W pracy przedstawiono wyniki analizy dotyczy oceny współczynnika parcia spoczynkowego K0, zarówno w gruntach spoistych jak i niespoistych. Do wyznaczenia współczynnika K0 wykorzystano dwie obecnie najpopularniejsze metody badań in situ; test dylatometrem Marchettiego (DMT) oraz sondowanie statyczne (CPTU).

The study presents the results of analysis concerning coefficient of earth pressure at rest K0, both in cohesive and non-cohesive soils. In order to determine coefficient K0 two methods of in situ testing, currently the most commonly applied, were used: a test using the Marchetti dilatometer (DMT) and the cone penetration test (CPTU). The results of each of these tests were interpreted on the basis of different testing procedures reported in literature sources. The obtained results were analyzed taking into consideration possible geological models, which assumed a similar or different course of consolidation for individual section of soils in the investigated area.
