W niniejszej pracy analizowałam zmiany zachodzące w warunkach wymiany towa-rowej między Polską a krajami Unii Europejskiej. Część pierwsza artykułu przedstawia podstawowe informacje o Układzie Europejskim, związane z tym zagadnieniem. Kolejna część to analiza zmian i podstawowych ustaleń dotyczących wykorzystania poszczegól-nych instrumentów polityki handlowej. Część trzecia prezentuje strukturę i dynamikę ob-rotów towarowych między Polską a Unią Europejską w kolejnych latach funkcjonowania Układu Europejskiego. Ostatnia, czwarta, część stanowi próbę podsumowania realizacji postanowień Układu Europejskiego i wzajemnych relacji między stronami w dziedzinie wymiany towarowej.

The present work is na analyse of changes which occur in terms of commodities exchange between Poland and European Community. In the first part of the article basic informations about European Agreement connected with this problem are presented. The next part is an analyse of changes and fundamental settlements relating to use of particular tools of trade. The third part refers structure and dynamics of trade turnovers between Poland and countries of European Union in the following years of European Agreement being in force. The last, forth part is a trial of recapitulation of European Agreement resolutions realisation and interactions between parties in commodities exchange.
