This article analyses methods that determine the time standards, and takes into consideration an ergonomic and problem solutions for assembly operation. This article describes selected methods that determine the time standards and ergonomic evaluation used in European industry. There is presented the module of advising expert system, which allows for an improvement of process that determines the time standards and an ergonomic evaluation.
