Zaproponowano model generacji ciągów zdarzeń oraz metodę identyfikacji parametrów tego modelu. Model ma postać grafu skierowanego, z dodatkowym wektorem stanu. Macierz incydencji grafu definiuje wzajemne interakcje między zdarzeniami różnych typów. Przebieg zdarzeń jest reprezentowany przez ścieżkę w tym grafie, w której kolejność węzłów wyznaczona jest przez sekwencję wektorów stanu. Metoda wyznaczania parametrów modelu polega na rozwiązaniu zadania programowania liniowego. Przedstawiono przykłady symulacji i jakościowe obserwacje dynamiki modelu.

A model for generation of multivariate series of events evolving in time, like e.g. neuronal action potentials, is proposed. The model consists of a directed graph with additional state vector. Event sequences correspond to paths in the graph, with node sequence determined by the temporal evolution of the state vector. Interactions between events are modeled as weights of the edges in the graph. It is showed, that the parameters of the model can be determined by linear programming. Simulations suggest, that the model, albeit deterministic, generates exponential type inter-event intervals similar to stochastic systems.
