Przedstawiono wyniki analiz światowego rynku materiałów i wyrobów ściernych. Wymieniono największych światowych i krajowych producentów ziaren oraz wyrobów ściernych. Na podstawie obserwacji trendów rozwojowych współczesnego rynku ziaren i narzędzi ściernych można wnioskować, że dominującym typem ścierniw pozostają nadal ziarna na bazie Al2O3, a najważniejszą grupę narzędzi ściernych stanowią ściernice.

Presented are the results of analytical research in the global abrasive products and materials market. A list of the biggest world and domestic grain and abrasive products manufacturers is prepared. Considering the trends manifesting in the contemporary grain and abrasive tool market, conclusion can be drawn that dominating in the market would be grains based on Al2O3, but the most significant in the abrasive tools market be grinding wheels.
