Capabilities of reshaping steel sheets below 1mm thick

Abstrakty
This paper presents a feasibility issue of re-stamping jointly for steel sheets of thickness below 1mm, and describes the results of an experimental joining process for steel sheet DC04 0.7 mm. This paper contains a test result of a carrying capacity load for a single and double longitudinal joint with the use of shearing strength test; furthermore, a shearing strength and redrawing joint behavior are analyzed during the separation test.
