Abstrakty
The present study focuses on the connection between national and "safety culture" in a Norwegian shipping company. Principal component analysis (PCA) on collected data revealed 11 factors. To determine if differences existed between nations, factors from the PCA were subjected to GLM Multivariate Analysis and Post Hoc tests. Significant differences between nations were found in the factors from the PCA.
Obecne studia skupiono na związkach między kulturą narodową i "kulturą bezpieczeństwa" w norweskim przedsiębiorstwie żeglugowym. Główny składnik analizy (PCA) dotyczący zebranych danych ujawnił 11 czynników. Aby określić, czy różnice istniejące między narodami, czynniki z PCA zostały poddane wieloczynnikowej analizie i testowi "ost Hoc". W czynnikach PCA znaleziono znaczące różnice między narodami.
