PL

Przedstawiono analizę stanu naprężenia i odkształcenia w procesie wydłużania kuźniczego z wykorzystaniem zależności matematycznych opisujących płynięcie metalu i przepływ ciepła. Zaprezentowano rozwiązanie quasi-stacjonarne opierające się na metodzie elementów skończonych. Przedstawiono przykładowe wyniki obliczeń teoretycznych i rezultaty badań eksperymentalnych obejmujących rozkład odkształceń, naprężeń i temperatury na powierzchni przekrojów wydłużanych odkuwek.

In the paper the analysis of the stress and strain distribution in the stretch forging process with use of the mathematical functions describing metal flow and the heat transfer has been shown. Quasi-stationary solution based on the finite element method has been given. Some results of the theoretical and experimental investigations including the strain, stress and temperature distribution on the intersections surface of the drawn forging have been presented.
