Abstrakty
Strong competition, changes in customer requirements and growing complexity of manufacturing systems make human factor more and more important. It seems that the best idea for management of complex manufacturing and market imposted production changes, is to use small, human-orientated semi-autonomous units. Such units at the basic level of manufacturing should be supported by suitable information systems. The paper describes the idea of decentralised information system based on holonic idea. The research carried out at the Department of Production Engineering allowed building the model of such system. The next step is to build a universal core of an open system which will make the addition of different executive modules possible.
Silniejsza konkurencja i rosnące wymagania klientów wymuszają ciągły rozwój systemów wytwarzania.
