The basic aim of our study was to design a physical model of a two-phase metal-matrix material which should be suitable both for computational simulation as well as for experimental verification of computations. To stimulate the matrix flow around the inclusions of the secondary phase, two different models have been designed; one was designed for deformations by tensile tests, and the other for more complex deformations due to the rolling process.
