The paper presents the results of investigations of the mechanical properties and the structural changes induced by dynamic precipitation in CuNi14A13 alloy deformed in supersaturated state in the range of 673-823 K. The discontinuous and continuous type of precipitation processes takes places during the treatment and leading to formation of gamma'-Ni3Al phase. The value of flow stress depend on temperature of the process and deformation rate.
