Abstrakty

EN

This work presents theoretical basis and a mathematical model of accessibility in processes of service machine. The model is based on results of researches an logical analysis of the actual disassembly process, theory of the mainentrance service of machinery and also on the graph theory, the relation theory. The model discribes the structure and the most important attributes of machine such as: the number of durability of elements, the place of parts in machine, modubility and cost of a real disassembly operation. The elaborated mathematical mode finaly is dynamic one in an algebraical form and it can be used in simulation tests of real disassembly process, which results give us the information about accessibility to an individual element or all parts of machine. This work includes also the example of application of the model to define influence the attributes of machine on accessibility of parts.
