The paper presents the problem of the life assessment of heat turbine rotating unit. The rotating unit is the most important part of fluid flow machines: turbines and compressors. The durability of these machines depends mostly on their rotating unit durability. The selection of the paper value of the initial top clearances in rotating unit is one of the most important problem in construction of fluid flow machines. Numerical methods of analysis of creep displacement and creep damage of turbine components are presented. An example of the probability of rotating unit failure analysis is presented. The initial value of the top clearance and material constants were treated as random variable.
