PL

Celem artykułu jest aplikacja narzędzia analizy wskaźnikowej dla mierzenia i oceny efektywności regionalnych portów lotniczych w Polsce. W pierwszej części przedstawione zostaną podstawowe definicje i klasyfikacje przychodów, kosztów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem specyfiki portów lotniczych. W następnej części zostanie przedstawiona autorska propozycja zestawu wskaźników oraz sugerowany sposób ich interpretacji. Kolejny moduł artykułu przyniesie wyniki obliczeń oraz ich interpretację. Interpretacja wskaźników będzie akcentować specyfikę lotniska jako przedsiębiorstwa o heterogenicznych nakładach i efektach oraz indywidualne własności poszczególnych podmiotów, które różnicować będą ich wartości. W ostatniej części artykułu zostanie zaproponowana metoda porównania wyników badań nad efektywnością lotnisk prowadzonych metodą DEA i metodą wskaźnikową. Efektem jej zastosowania będą porównywalne rankingi lotnisk. Różnice między nimi będą pozwalały identyfikować wpływ odmienności aplikowanych metod.

The goal of the study is the application of ratio analysis method in the measurement of the efficiency of polish regional airports. The basic definitions and classifications of revenues, costs, inputs and outputs are presented in the first paragraph. In this part of the article the specific features of the airports, as the economic entities are emphasized. Next paragraph brings proposition of the set of ratios and suggested way of interpretation. Main chapter of the paper is devoted to the presentation of the results of the study. The interpretation of the ratios emphasizes special nature of the airports as the enterprises with heterogenic inputs and outputs and their individual virtues, which differentiate them. Last part of the paper presents the proposal of the method of comparison of the results of two different approaches. Specially calculated, on the basis of the particular ratios, aggregate efficiency indices are compared there with the VCR indices, which are the outcome of the DEA method. The result of this comparison are the comparable rankings of the airports. The differences of these rankings enables author to identify distinctions of applied methods.
