Possibilities of using surface-active agents to the extraction of active ingredient s of the plant material
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule omówione zostały metody ekstrakcji środkami powierzchniowo czynnymi: metoda ekstrakcji poniżej temperatury zmętnienia (CPE) i metoda ekstrakcji na micelach (MME).
In this paper, surfactant enhanced non-classical extractions: a micelle-mediated extraction and cloud point preconcentration method were presented. The base of the processes is given and the main features are discussed. They are compared to the classical solvent extraction. Surfactants could be used to prepare semi-product, with the high concentration of active ingredient. This pure method could be safety used in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.
