Próba wieloaspektowej oceny metody internalizacji kosztów zewnętrznych transportu w wersji proponowanej przez KE w tzw. "Zielonym Pakiecie" z lipca 2008 r. Formuła internalizacji (metody i procedury) oraz zakres kosztów zewnętrznych przewidzianych do internalizacji. Szanse i możliwości wdrożenia tej koncepcji jako metody realizacji celów strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu. Ryzyka i skutki związane z jej zastosowaniem. Alternatywne, pozacenowe rozwiązania.

An attempt of the multiaspectual assessment of the transport related external costs internalization method in the version proposed by the European Commission EC in the so- called Greening Package from the July 2008. The Internalization formula (the methods and the procedures) as well as the scope of the external costs provided for the internalization. The chances and possibilities of this concept implementation as the method of the strategy purposes realization of the sustainable transport development. Risks and the effects connected with its application. The alternative, extra-cost solutions.
