At work bases of the theory of balance were discussed of the population, the schedule serving for the description of the size of particles and it for changes occurring as a result of lawsuits of the urbanized area, cracking and erosion. In the particular theoretical bases of the method of balance of the population were discussed as well as equations of the quantitative, leaned among others model were derived for adopted assumptions and simplifications.
