Determination of heat load released by a radiator by an electronic heating cost allocator

The publication presents the problems related to determination of heat demand required to heat rooms in a multi-family building. The measurement of the heat load released by a radiator to a room by an electronic heating cost allocator was adopted as the approximate method of heat consumption specification. In this paper a new concept how to improve the dynamic properties of the electronic allocator is presented. Apart from the metrological errors the publication indicates also the disadvantages of the above described above method, as it can only be applied to buildings constructed in accordance with the old building thermal protection requirements.
