Gleba winna stać się przedmiotem wspólnej troski przede wszystkim w społecznościach lokalnych i regionalnych, jak również w państwowych i publicznych przedsiębiorstwach i urzędach. Ekologizacja oznacza uzgodnienie spraw zrównoważonego rozwoju, jako postępującego zadania na wszystkich szczeblach politycznych. Wypracowanie strategii poprawy współpracy pomiędzy samorządami a uczelniami będzie służyć poprawie rozwoju regionalnego, odpowiedzialnego użytkowania gleby i ziemi oraz kwestiom zintegrowanego użytkowania gruntów.

The soil has to become the common concern primarily within local/regional communities but also within state public enterprises and offices. The ecologisation of the social development means to introduce principles of ecology, environmental protection and education into all areas of social importance. An elaboration of strategies for improving cooperation of city councils and universities will be established to improve regional develop ment, responsible use of soil and land use and integrated land utilisation issues.
