Polityka UE na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu. Przyjęty przez KE w lipcu 2008 r. pakiet "Greening Transport" dotyczący realizacji koncepcji zrównoważonej mobilności. Działania Unii mające na celu wprowadzenie w krajach członkowskich prawidłowego mechanizmu cenowego poprzez internalizację kosztów zewnętrznych transportu według ujednoliconych zasad, oparcie cen na bazie społecznych kosztów krańcowych oraz zastosowanie odpowiednich instrumentów regulacyjnych. Warunki realizacji pakietu.

The European Union Policy in favour of the balanced development of the transport. The accepted in the July 2008 by the European Commission Package "Greening Transport", concerning the realisation of the balanced mobility concept. The European Union activities intending the implementation in the EU Member States the correct price mechanism thanks to the internalization of the external costs of the transport according to the consolidated principles, the price dependance on the social final costs as well as the application of the adequate regulation instruments. The conditions of the package accomplishment.
