Bariery realizacji inwestycji transportowych w Polsce wynikające m.in. z braku tzw. innowacyjnych metod finansowania inwestycji infrastrukturalnych, w tym skutecznych instrumentów i mechanizmów oraz form zachęt dla kapitału prywatnego. Ekonomiczne i prawne przesłanki rozwoju PPP w krajach europejskich. Analiza wybranych formuł PPP stosowanych w krajach UE w zakresie finansowania infrastruktury transportu. Formuła brytyjska oraz odmiany formuły typu .okno. stosowane głównie w krajach śródziemnomorskich.

The barriers of realization of transport investments in Poland, resulting among others from absence of so called innovative methods of infrastructure investments financing, within it the efficient both the instruments and mechanisms as well as the forms of incentives towards the private capital. The economic and legal assumptions of PPP development in the European countries. The Analysis of selected PPP formulas applied in the European Union countries in the scope of the transport infrastructure financing. The British Formula and the forms of the so called .window. formula applied mainly in Mediterranean countries.
