In every investment the securing of public acceptance for possible changes in housing environment is a crucial factor. Mind Maps are on of the means of investigation how the preferences of the tenants look like. The Maps allow to determine the subjective relations between the objects and their environment. The study of town's attractiveness is one of marketing activity that should be considered by local authorities in order to render the developed areas not only something to be proud of for citizens but also an effective instrument in doing business there.
