Ludwig Mies van der Rohe says Junction is art". Frank O. Ghery - "a building is a sculpture". We must find a compromise between form and function and face a real condition (technical and economical) of the build-process. The agreement between architect and investor should evolve to a real work of art. I give the examples of master - form in American architecture.
