EN

Crossing the border is always significant and always important, also in architecture. Here it is both, in case of a town and in case of a building. It is usually the problem a hole in a wall: as gates in walls surrounding mediaeval towns so a main entrance of a house, traditional or modern. Crossing the spatial barrier is strictly tied with the psychical aspect of transgression and distress.
