Abstrakty

EN

The necessity of a definition of architecture proves both its importance and transitoriness. Architecture can be understood as the knowledge related to construction and described by compositional principles. A brief analysis of architectural theories, from antiquity till modernity, shows the changes in that domain as well as the lasting need to answer the eternal question what the architecture is.
