W artykule opisano proces wdrażania Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania rozpoczęty jeszcze decyzją Zarządu Zakładu Górniczo-Energetycznego "Sobieski-Jaworzno 111" i kontynuowany po utworzeniu Południowego Koncernu Węglowego SA. W czasie wdrażania wykonano ogrom pracy, m.in.: opracowano i przyjęto zintegrowaną politykę oraz dostosowano do niej wieloletnie cele, wdrożono 54 procedury systemowe, napisano Zintegrowaną Księgę Zarządzania Jakością, Środowiskiem, Bezpieczeństwem i Higieną Pracy, dokonano analizy i oceny ryzyka na wszystkich stanowiskach i miejscach pracy. Artykuł zakończono kalendarium wdrożenia Systemu.
The article discusses the implementation process of the Integrated Management System which was started still before decision of Managerial Bard of Mining-Power Generation Plant "Sobieski-Jaworzno III" and continued after establishment of the Southern Coal Concern. During implementation course a lot of work was done as, among others, preparation and acceptance of integrated policy and adjustment of long term objectives to it, implementation of 54 system procedures, preparation of the Integrated Paper on Quality, Environment, Safety and Work Hygiene Management, performing of analysis and risk assessment for all work posts and work places. The article is completed with presentation of the time-table of the System's implementation.
