Author asked it the commercial architecture is distinct creation group. First of all, this article concentrates on galleries, commercial and service center. It discusses about characteristics of this group of buildings - functional and spatial. It perceives the connection of the quality of this kind of structures and the users of them. It also shows the role of the investor in the outward appearance of the commercial buildings. In the conclusion it is found that variety this kind of buildings creates clear group between other types of architecture.
