The topic of thesis is "the influence of light in shaping architectural forms". The dissertation has interdisciplinary character. The content is divided into an introduction, with general information about the topic. Part is devoted to historical overview of conscious and intuitive use of light to influence architectural form. Dissertation is devoted to symbolic values introduced by light in shaping space, with special emphasis aro the "twin towers of light. -symbolic architecture. The issues discussed in the dissertation indicate that its scope is very broad, creating a basis for discussing light and its role in shaping architecture, and at the same time providing historical and theoretical background.
