Chaotic oscillations of the heating surface temperature

The oscillations of the heating surface temperature, for example, in boiling or two-phase flow are usually aperiodical. In the paper it has been shown that fluctuations of the heating surface can be caused by the phenomenon called deterministic chaos. A steady and unsteady heat transfer has been analysed. A simulation made for subsequent steady and unsteady states has shown that the phenomenon of deterministic chaos can be observed within slow and fast processes of heat transfer in the heating surface.
