Niniejszy artykuł został opracowany na podstawie pracy dyplomowej wykonanej w Instytucie Matematyki na Uniwersytecie Wiedeńskim pod kierunkiem prof. dr. Hermana Schichla. Temat ten został podjęty w wyniku zaobserwowania przez autora licznych błędnych decyzji w projektach infrastruktury, prowadzących do przerywania zaczętych inwestycji, wyburzania obiektów już wybudowanych, budowania kontrowersyjnych objazdów miejscowości, dopasowywania modernizowanych linii kolejowych do tras już istniejących.

The article is a continuation (eighth part) of the topic of new calculation methods for the optimisation of road projects. It is based on a dissertation at the Institute of Mathematics at The University of Vienna, under the supervision of prof. dr Herman Schichl. The subject raised by the author is the result of numerous mistakes which have been noted in decisions concerning infrastructure projects. The result often leads to the decommissioning of ongoing investments, the demolition of previously built objects, the construction of controversial Ring Roads around city perimeters, and so on. This publication provides the reader with complete algorithms covering most of the calculation tasks - available for all designers and surveyors.
