Abstrakty

The existence of the internal community market has intensified activities related with guaranteeing quality of products and services. International directives and standards are certainly such an instrument of assuring protection of consumers and regulating, activity of certification bodies. Since 1st of May 2004 Poland as a full European member has had to transpose requirements of directives into national law. The process of adopting has been already finished, but it doesn't mean that normative conditions of quality shouldn't be continuously improve.
