Abstrakty
Results of research in selected polish companies show, that they implemented and improving the management systems based on the ISO standards only in production area. Top management to lead the organization towards improved performance does not use majority of quality management principles. Furthermore, the adoption of a process approach is orientated mostly without focus on process efficiency. Interrelated and interacting processes should be performed by e.g. define primary processes and key activities necessary to obtain desired results and to fulfil the strategic objectives by systematically way, focus on the factors that could contribute to the process performance improvement, evaluate risk or consequences impact on various activities interested the beneficent (internal, external) of the quality system. Lack of fair purpose of process performance measurement and system approach to management may have negative influence for general results of those companies in the future.
