The article presents the concept of the Polish Quality Award granted to businesses and public organisations for their customer-oriented efforts. Eligibility prerequisite is prior participation in the contest at a regional level (nearly every region now has its own quality award). Those contests support promotion of quality leaders, creative personalities, exceptional talents and role models.
