The weakest element of any traffic models is the degree the models include the local capacity limitations in the road network. The interest of scientists in local capacity limitations gets out of their specificity. This specificity causes that the capacity of the road as a whole is limited. The paper contains the description of the methods for local capacity limitations detection and calculation.
