Abstrakty
One of the most extraordinary features of quantum objects is their nonlocality, which is also described by such terms as nonseparability or quantum entanglement. This feature means that quantum objects do not seem to possess any spatiotemporal localization and, regardless of their remoteness, they act as they were single indivisible entities, in which the information between the particular constituents of the system is transmitted immediately. The primary purpose of the paper is to bring closer and to explain this notion - especially in the historical context of the dispute about interpretation of quantum mechanics as well as of the Bell theorem of 1964.
