Abstrakty
The article discusses the problem of so-called enemies of trust, the significance of trust in the management of organizations. Attention was drawn to the possibility of searching for factors not conducive to trust. In addition to the currently used analysis of the social system the author points to the possibility of testing the dimensions of trust (reliability, competence) and the reinforcing value of trust (justice, commitment). It was also trying to classify the factors that are a threat to trust.
