Author's research on the world's largest corporations shows that TQM is among the most commonly used management concepts. Management through quality is most popular with companies in Western Europe (54.5%) and the USA (53.8%). The methods of TQM application vary and depend on the company's size and market situation. The long-established companies generally apply the TQM concept without any major modifications while economic entities achieving spectacular profitability and productivity levels prefer using the concept to create unique own solutions.
